Therapeutic Dance/Movement Classes for Preschool & School Age Children

Program Description

Explore a wide variety of activities such as expressive movement, creative dance, and role-playing through structured and improvised movement. Each session will explore techniques to support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical integration. Participants will gain skills in self-awareness, emotional expression, and empathy.

Children must be group ready and be able to participate individually.

What to bring: Please make sure to wear clothes that you can move in, and a water bottle!
