About Jim

As a counsellor since 2004, I have a deep belief in connecting with people by providing a safe space for them to share their thoughts and feelings. I believe in accepting people as they are and working together to get you where you would like to be in a way that works for you.

When and why did Jim join Alongside You?

I have known Andrew for about 7 years and have shared clients with counsellors within Alongside You. I have always been throughly impressed by the work they are doing. I am very excited to have the opportunity to join this amazing team of professionals.

How do you relax when you are outside of work?

I play music, tennis, travel, and I go camping with my family.

What would you be doing if you did not pursue the career path you have right now?

I have wanted to be a counsellor since I was in Secondary School. If I had to choose something else… I would be playing drums in a well known blues-rock band.
