A Five Week Progressive Series for those of you who are new to yoga!  Those of you who roll your eyes when you hear that four letter word YOGA, or who may have tried it once or twice and dropped it, or think you can’t do it because you’re not flexible, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!

Pre-Natal Yoga classes as a 8 week Progressive Series! Pregnancy is a time to keep your workouts fun and safe! Experience with yoga is not necessary.  These classes are fun and educational and are open to all stages of pregnancy.
