Therapeutic Yoga for Kids with Special Needs
In a safe, inclusive and fun setting, students will learn breathing techniques and yoga poses to support them in living calmer, happier, and healthier lives. These classes will aim to improve gross motor skills, support relaxation, reduce anxiety and stress, encourage self-regulation, and improve focus.
Yoga for Homeschoolers
In a safe, inclusive and fun setting, students will learn breathing techniques, yoga poses and mediation to support students with stress, self-regulation, body image and self-worth. These classes will use music, positive affirmations, games and relaxation.
Children with Chronic Pain Support Group
A support group for kids ages 6-18 with chronic pain, using therapeutic yoga movement combined with basic nutrition talks in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. This group is run by Susan Le, a Certified Yoga Teacher and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
