Circle of Security Group

I loved that it was online as it made it very convenient with my schedule. Drew did a wonderful job of facilitating and providing lots of resources and tools that are beyond the scope of the course. She has a strong knowledge and background and experience with babies and young children. I gained so much from this course. Wish I could have taken it long
ago! I also enjoyed that it was a safe and open space that people can share freely and also did not feel pressured to share if they did not want to. It was a very positive experience.

Circle of Security Online Group

An 8-week online group for parents with children ages 0-6 years.

At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

Through this course, you will explore how to understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs, how to support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, how to enhance the development of your child’s self esteem, and how to honour your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure.

This will be a time to reflect and be present together, and so we encourage you to arrange whatever childcare is needed for you to participate during this time. Partners and/or co-parents are encouraged to attend.

Dates: On Thursdays from September 29 – November 17, at 7:00 – 8:30 PM.

Location: Held online, via Zoom.

Cost: $200 per participant (tax included).
